One may suggest for his exceptional experience others may suggest that its tactical.
For example in the recent Asian Cup campaign how many senior players did Graham Arnold the (Head Coach at the time) have to pursuade some of the Australian players that played abroad?
And for the record the ones that made it trouble for Graham Arnold were the ones that never produced come to game time.
So it shows, the players that are committed are always going to give you an edge. Simply because the heart is there.
So when I hear comments circulating Pim needs Viduka otherwise Australia cant function that just creates sorrow to the Australian FFA.
Australia doesnt need ols unwilling players they need to be commited with a passion of football and that will never happen unless they stop looking for players that had an influence on Asutralian soccer in the past like ur Kewell's Viduka's and so on
